Prakash chakravarthi co-founded Eka Systems in 2000 and has provided the overall leadership for technology strategy and business development. He has successfully executed the early business development for Eka Systems' mesh technology in the energy markets by getting early adopter customers and scaling operations. He has also successfully launched Eka globally with deployments in Singapore, Mexico, Russia and Ecuador. Prakash has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University, NY. Prior to founding Eka he was the Manager, Satellite & Wireless Systems Group at COMSAT Laboratories. He has extensive experience in managing and developing signal processing and communication systems. Prior to joining COMSAT Laboratories he worked as a Research Fellow at the Jet propulsion Laboratory, Pasadena as a recipient of the National Research Council Award for Post Doctoral Research
