Registration Policy

Policy for Expo & Conference Fees

• Online Registration is payable in full, with Credit Card or P.O. (major corporations & government only)

• No entry to the event without full payment of all amounts due - This is strictly enforced!

• A cancellation fee of $250 is charged for cancellation received prior to May/1/06

• Cancellations after Apr/30/06 and no shows are subject to the full registration fee - No Refunds

• Substitution is subject to a fee of $100 before May/1/06, and $250 on or after May/1/06

• In the event of a personal/family emergency such as death or illness, please contact Clasma Events .
